We’ve simplified the process for sending your knife in for sharpening or service—no need to print or include a separate service form! Just fill out the order form online, and we’ll handle the rest.

Here’s how it works:

• At checkout, you’ll only be charged for return shipping.

• You’ll be responsible for shipping your knife to us. If possible, use the original packaging. Otherwise, wrap the knife securely in bubble wrap or other protective material to avoid damage in transit.
