We’ve streamlined our process for customers sending in knives for sharpening and service! You no longer need to print out a service form—everything we need will be captured in the order form.
At checkout, you’ll only be charged for return shipping. You will be responsible for sending your knife to us directly. If possible, please use the original packaging. If not, be sure to wrap it securely in bubble wrap or another protective material to prevent damage in transit.
We service all knives on a first-received, first-serviced basis, so the turnaround time depends on the amount of knives we receive before yours. Please allow between 3 business days and 3 weeks from the date we receive it to get your knife back.
